Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision of website design, AI-assisted development, web hosting, domain registration, search engine optimization, and commercial photography services by Kestrel Web Solutions (Derek Phillips).

1. Services & Project Deliverables

All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed prior to commencement. Kestrel Web Solutions undertakes all work in a timely, professional, and diligent manner according to industry best practices.

2. Maintenance & Update Guarantee

Under our ongoing web hosting and maintenance packages, we commit to executing routine content updates, text revisions, and asset adjustments within one to two (1–2) business days of receipt of requested materials from the client.

3. Domain Ownership & Intellectual Property

All domain names registered on behalf of clients are registered in the client's or their designated business name, ensuring full proprietary rights remain with the client. Upon final payment for bespoke website development, full ownership of the bespoke website assets and code is transferred to the client.

4. Hosting & Server Availability

We strive to maintain a minimum 99.9% server uptime. Routine server maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours whenever possible. We are not liable for external network interruptions beyond our direct control.

5. Commercial Photography Usage

High-resolution commercial photography delivered by Derek Phillips is provided with commercial usage rights for the client's website, marketing materials, social channels, and print collateral as specified in the service agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
